WTI-Brent Pricing Affected by Recent Events
Oil futures moved in opposite directions on Thursday, as the effect of US refineries restarting after Hurricane Harvey was countered by disruptions caused by Hurricane Irma, Reuters reports. Brent futures were up 11 cents at $54.31 a barrel by 1356 GMT, close to their highest since May 25. WTI futures fell 27 cents to $48.89, still near a three-week high.
