Colombian Coal Exports Up in October
Colombian coal exports climbed 0.9 Mt year-on-year in October to 7.1 Mt, IHS reports. The rise featured a 0.7 Mt increase in shipments to Europe to 3.8 Mt, while exports to the Americas and Asia both rose by a comparatively modest 0.1 Mt, to 2.5 Mt and 0.8 Mt, respectively.

Turkey’s crude steel output fell 15.0% year-on-year in October to 2.7 Mt, data from the Turkish Steel Producers Association reveal. At 28.0 Mt, production in January-October was 10.6% below the corresponding period in 2018.
