Iraqi crude exports hit post-war high

Iraq's crude oil exports in March hit a post-war high of 2.98M b/d, Energy Intelligence reports. This was driven by a surge in volumes from Basrah, which increased by more than 400K b/d m-o-m to average 2.71M b/d, as weather delays declined and crude quality challenges receded. Exports from the Southern port were lower than the December high of 2.76M b/d, but the country's overall crude exports were supported by robust volumes from Kirkuk, which averaged approximately 270K b/d during the month, compared with around 20K b/d in March 2014.
