Japanese Steel Output Falls

Japan's crude steel output slipped to 9.0 Mt in October, down 3.8% year-on-year, according to the Japan Iron and Steel Federation. Japanese steel output has now fallen on an annual basis for 14 months in succession, with output in the first ten months of the year down 5.1% on the same period in 2014 at 87.8 Mt.
