Kazakhstan's Kashagan oil field, the world's biggest oil find in recent decades, is expected to restart production by end-2016, Reuters reports, citing a statement from ExxonMobil Production Vice President John Chaplin. The field could eventually reach production of around 400K b/d but after initially being started in 2013 output was halted after leaks were discovered in connected pipelines.
