Russia to raise Baltic crude exports in 4q15
Russia is expected to raise Urals exports from its Baltic ports in the 4q15, while shipments from the Black Sea port of Novorossiysk are set to fall, reports Reuters. Shipments from Primorsk and Ust Luga are scheduled to rise by a combined 0.6Mt from the 3q15, the equivalent of around 47 kb/d. Volumes from Novorossiysk are due to drop by 0.49Mt, or 38 kb/d. ESPO Blend loadings from Kozmino are expected to remain relatively stable at 6.33Mt.
