China’s Crude Imports Fall To 6-Month Low

China’s crude oil imports in July fell by 609K b/d m-o-m to a 6-month low of 8.21M b/d, according to the country’s General Administration of Customs. However, compared to July 2016, imports were still up by 868K b/d y-o-y. Over the first 7 months of 2017, China’s crude imports have averaged 8.55M b/d, up by 1.05M b/d y-o-y.
