US Crude Runs Rise, Imports Fall and Stocks Decline
US crude oil refinery throughputs rose by 29K b/d w-o-w to 17.26M b/d in the week ending 9 June, according to the US Energy Information Administration (EIA). (Over the last 4 weeks, throughputs have averaged 17.32M b/d, the highest on record). US crude imports were down by 316K b/d from the prior week to 8.03M b/d. US crude inventories dropped by 1.66M bbls to 511.55M bbls.
