Iranian Crude Oil Flows Gain Further Ground in China, Europe

Iran's crude and product exports to China and the EU rose slightly in August, as deliveries from competitors like Saudi Arabia and Iraq shrunk, newswires report. Exports to China, Iran's largest customer, grew to 693,419 b/d in August - a record for 2017 - from 638,322 b/d in July. Iranian exports to Europe also rose sharply in August, with 835,742 b/d shipped to the region, almost 200,000 b/d more than the respective July shipments and a 32.6% increase y-o-y.
