Brazilian Soyabean Exports Rise to 22-Month High

Brazil’s exports of soyabeans climbed to 11.6 Mt in March (+3.2 year-on-year), the highest since May 2018, according to provisional government data. Stronger shipments in March ended three months in a row of annual declines.
Soyameal loadings edged up by 0.2 Mt on the year to 1.6 Mt last month.
Meanwhile, the country’s corn exports fell by 0.3 Mt year-on-year to 0.5 Mt in March. However, shipments rose slightly from 0.4 Mt in February.
