Brazilian Minor Bulk Exports in July

Brazilian exports of bauxite continued to decline, dropping by 0.6 Mt year-on-year to just under 0.4 Mt in July, according to customs data (MDIC). Shipments have posted an annual decline in each consecutive month since October 2019.

The country’s manganese ore shipments inched down by less than 0.1 Mt to 0.4 Mt last month, while steel exports eased by 0.1 Mt on the year to 0.9 Mt.
