Thai Coal Imports Decline in June

Thai coal imports dropped to a year-to-date low of 0.8 Mt in June (-0.9 Mt on the year), according to data gathered by IHS. Imports of Indonesian supplies fell to 0.4 Mt from 1.2 Mt in June 2019.

Weaker June receipts weighed on total 2q20 imports, which declined by 0.9 Mt year-on-year to 4.8 Mt after surging to a high of 6.9 Mt in the first three-months of the year.
