West Africa crude loadings to Asia decline in July

West Africa’s total crude oil exports to Asia fell by 80K b/d m-o-m to 2.17M b/d in July, the lowest level since March, reports Energy Intelligence. Angolan loadings to Asia decreased by 160K b/d m-o-m and 130K b/d y-o-y to 980K b/d, with exports to China declining by 220K b/d m-o-m to 800K b/d. Nigeria’s exports rose by 60K m-o-m b/d to 440K b/d, with loadings to India shooting up by 160K b/d (or 166%) m-o-m to 250K b/d.
