EU steel exports climbed to a three-month high of 1.6 Mt in October, Eurofer data show. However, this was still 0.2 Mt below the year-ago level. Ten consecutive months of annual declines left January-October shipments 2.3 Mt below the same period in 2019 at 14.8 Mt.
