Guyana begins search for oil marketer
Guyana is to begin a search for a company to market its share of crude production, Reuters reports. The country is entitled to a portion of production from the Liza field operated by a consortium led by Exxon Mobil. The field is expected to produce 750K b/d by 2025.
The government plans to begin asking oil companies and trading firms for proposals to operate as the agent.
