Japanese steel exports fell 0.2 Mt annually in November to a nine-month low of 2.7 Mt, data from the country’s Iron and Steel Federation show. This second successive month of annual decline saw the January-November total sink 2.6 Mt on the corresponding period in 2018 to 31.0 Mt.
