Trucking Halt at Major Chinese Iron Ore and Coking Coal Ports
Coal, Iron Ore
All trucks have been forbidden from entering or leaving two of China’s major iron ore and coking coal discharge ports (Jingtang and Caofeidian) as of 28 January as the country looks to control any further spread of the coronavirus, IHS reports. Until it is lifted, the suspension is likely to affect cargo movements inland, with ports understood to be operational.
