Chinese Car Sales Grow in May

Chinese passenger car sales posted the first annual rise in nearly two years in May (+7.2% to 1.7 million units). Amid signs of further recovery from the coronavirus pandemic, sales last month edged up from 1.5 million units in April to a five-month high, data from the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers show.
