India’s fuel consumption rises 47% m-o-m in May

India’s fuel consumption grew by 4.7MT m-o-m (or 47%) to 14.65MT in May,  according to data from the Petroleum Planning and Analysis Cell (PPAC), with fuel demand recovering as the country eases coronavirus restriction measures. However, y-o-y, demand was down 4.5MT.
