Brazilian Soya, Corn Exports Fall

Brazil's soyabean and soyameal shipments inched down by 0.1 Mt apiece from February 2019 to 5.1 Mt and 0.8 Mt, respectively, last month, provisional government (MDIC) data show. However, combined shipments (beans + meal) were still up by 3.3 Mt month-on-month as they build towards their traditional 2q peak.
The country's corn exports fell by 1.3 Mt on the year to 0.3 Mt in February. Corn loadings declined from 2.3 Mt in January they continued their seasonal slowdown.
