CISA Crude Steel Output Grows in May

Crude steel production at China Iron and Steel Association (CISA) member mills rose to 2.05 Mt/day on 1-10 May (+0.04 Mt/day from late April), according to industry association data. Output earlier this month gained to the highest level since mid-September 2019 and was also up slightly year-on-year.
