Brazilian Crude Steel Output Rises in October

Brazilian crude steel production edged 3.5% higher year-on-year to 2.8 Mt in October, according to data from the Instituto Aço Brasil. This extended annual growth for a fourth month in a row. However, weaker output in the first half of the year weighed on January-October production (-8.5% to 25.1 Mt).
