Indian crude oil refinery throughput edged up by 20K b/d m-o-m to 4.35M b/d in October, rising for the second month in a row to the highest level since March, according to data from the Petroleum Planning and Analysis Cell (PPAC). This is still a decline of 840K b/d (or 16%) y-o-y however, with restriction measures continuing to weigh on oil demand in India as national coronavirus cases surge, Reuters report.
