Turkish Steam Coal Imports Grow in September

Turkish steam coal imports rose 0.5 Mt year-on-year to 3.1 Mt in September, according to IHS. This was nearly unchanged against August’s receipts. Imports in the first nine months of the year increased 3.7 Mt to 24.9 Mt, of which Colombian supplies accounted for 13.7 Mt (+1.7 Mt) and imports from Russia 9.6 Mt (+1.5 Mt).
