Colombian steam coal exports tumbled to a more than 18 year low of 2.6 Mt in September from 6.6 Mt in the same month of 2019, IHS reports. Idled operations and a strike that started on 31 August have limited shipments. Loadings dropped to 42.6 Mt in January-September, down 13.1 Mt year-on-year.
