Indian oil product consumption rises in September

India’s fuel consumption rose by 410K b/d m-o-m to 1.38M b/d in September, recovering after previously falling for the past two consecutive months, according to data from the Petroleum Planning and Analysis Cell (PPAC).  This is a still a decline of 190K b/d y-o-y. Consumption of diesel increased by 200K b/d m-o-m to 1.38M b/d, with gasoline use also growing by 40K b/d m-o-m to 700K b/d, the highest level since February.
