US Soyabean Exports Hold Strong

US soyabean exports in the seven days ending 15 October rose 1.1 Mt year-on-year to 2.5 Mt, the highest level since November 2017, data from the US Department of Agriculture reveal. Shipments edged up 0.2 Mt on the week and have remained above 2.0 Mt/week since the end of September.

This helped lift combined corn, wheat and soyabean exports by 1.2 Mt on the year to 3.6 Mt in the week closing 15 October.
