ExxonMobil restarts Beaumont refinery following Hurricane Laura

ExxonMobil have successfully restarted operations at the 370K b/d Beaumont refinery located in Texas after it was previously forced to shut down on August 25 due to the threat posed by Hurricane Laura, Reuters report. This is the first of six refineries located along the US Gulf Coast to have completely restarted processing since the hurricane hit, taking around 2.3M b/d (or 12%) of US oil processing capacity offline.
