Chinese crude steel output tumbled 22.0% year-on-year in November to 69.3 Mt, the lowest monthly volume since the short month of February 2018, data from the National Bureau of Statistics reveal. At 946.4 Mt, output over January-November was down 2.6% on the corresponding period last year.
