Indian crude oil imports ease in January

India’s crude oil imports declined by 210K b/d m-o-m and 80K b/d y-o-y to 4.63M b/d in January, falling after previously jumping to a two-year high in December, according to data from the Petroleum Planning and Analysis Cell (PPAC). Total oil product exports fell by 120K b/d m-o-m and 40K b/d y-o-y to 1.04M b/d, with loadings of diesel decreasing by 80K b/d m-o-m and 40K b/d y-o-y to 550K b/d.
