China’s Manufacturing PMI Falls in December

China’s official manufacturing Purchasing Managers’ Index (PMI) fell to 51.9 in December, down from 52.1 in the previous month, data from the National Bureau of Statistics reveal. Monthly readings have remained above 50.0, which indicates expansion, in each month since March.
