CISA Crude Steel Output Rises in Early January

Crude steel production from China Iron and Steel Association (CISA) member mills averaged just shy of 2.2 Mt/day in the first ten days of 2021, industry group data reveal. Output edged up from 2.16 Mt/day in late December and was stronger on the year, with production in early January 2020 below 2 Mt/day.
