Oil
Japanese refiner Idemitsu has been forced to halt operations at its 150K b/d Hokkaido refinery following a fire outbreak at the sole crude distillation unit (CDU) on the site, Argus reports. While other units at the location are continuing to operate, it is currently unclear as to whether this will continue due to the duration of the shutdown being unknown. Idemitsu confirmed that it will use its five other refineries and current stocks to continue the delivery of oil products.
