The OPEC+ group has agreed to roll over existing oil output levels into February, but with Saudi Arabia voluntarily cutting production below its quota and Russia and Kazakhstan being allowed to raise theirs, reports Reuters. OPEC+ raised output by 500K b/d in January, putting its current cuts at 7.2M b/d.
