Indian refinery runs edge higher in June

Indian crude oil refinery throughput rose by 10K b/d m-o-m to 4.5M b/d in June, edging higher after previously tumbling to a seven-month low in May, according to data from the Petroleum Planning and Analysis Cell (PPAC). This is still an increase of 210K b/d y-o-y however, as refiners continued to restrict processing during the same month last year after a nationwide Covid-19 lockdown was imposed from April, Argus reports.
