Indonesia May Coal Exports

Indonesian coal exports (including lignite) reached 37.2 Mt in May, up by 7.8 Mt year-on-year and a five-month high, data from Bank Indonesia show.

This brings total coal exports in January-May to 176.7 Mt, in line with the year-ago volume.

Elsewhere, May bauxite exports reached 1.4 Mt, down 0.2 Mt year-on-year to bring total exports in January-May to 5.5 Mt versus 8.7 Mt a year earlier.
