Turkish June Scrap Imports

At 2.0 Mt, Turkish ferrous scrap imports in June were largely unchanged from May but were up by 0.5 Mt year-on-year to cap off a record 1h20 for imports, official customs data showed.

Total 1h21 imports reached 12.9 Mt compared with 9.7 Mt in the 1h20 and 9.0 Mt in the 1h19.
