Highest Month for Steel Exports Since 2016

Chinese steel exports in the month of April hit 8.0 Mt, the highest month since November 2016 and up 1.7 Mt year-on-year, official customs data showed. Volumes in the first four months of the year now stand at 25.7 Mt, up 5.1 Mt year-on-year.
