US Grain Exports Dip
Grain
Core US grain exports (soyabeans, corn and wheat) reached 2.4 Mt in the week ending 6 May, the lowest volume since early September but still 0.2 Mt more than the corresponding week last year, US Department of Agriculture (USDA) data showed.
The main reason for the 0.6 Mt week-on-week fall was a drop in corn exports, which slowed to 1.5 Mt versus 2.2 Mt a week earlier.
