Indian crude oil refinery throughput increased by 90K b/d m-o-m and 120K b/d y-o-y to 4.45M b/d in September, rising after previously falling to a ten-month low in August due to heavy refinery maintenance, according to data from the Petroleum Planning and Analysis Cell (PPAC). Refineries have lifted their crude runs in anticipation of increased oil product consumption amid the upcoming festival season, Argus reports.
