Japanese Steel Output Jumps in September

Japanese steel production jumped 25.6% year-on-year to reach 8.1 Mt in September, data from the Japanese Iron and Steel Federation reveal. At 72.1 Mt, output in January-September stands 17.9% above the corresponding period last year.
