Steel scrap imports by Turkey in August reached 2.0 Mt, a seven-month low but up marginally from 1.9 Mt in the same month last year, official customs data showed.

Total steel scrap imports in the January-August reached 17.3 Mt, up from 14.0 Mt a year earlier.
