Rosneft suspends operations at Tuapse refinery
Oil
Rosneft has been forced to suspend operations at its 240K b/d Tuapse refinery after bad weather conditions restricted the ability for tankers to moor at the facility’s export terminal, according to Reuters. The inability for shipments to be loaded has reportedly led to an overstocking of oil products, with the refinery being switched to hot circulation mode in order to allow the plant to keep running without producing additional volumes.
