Indian refinery runs ease in December

Indian crude oil refinery throughput fell by 170K b/d m-o-m to 5.08M b/d in December, easing after reaching a 21-month high during the previous month, according to data from the Petroleum Planning and Analysis Cell (PPAC). Across 2021 refinery runs averaged 4.79M b/d, which is an increase of 300K b/d y-o-y but down by 330K b/d compared to 2019 levels.
