China’s manufacturing Purchasing Managers Index (PMI) edged up by by 0.1 points month-on-month to 50.2 in February (a reading above 50 indicates expansion) as demand picked up after Lunar New Year holidays, official data show. Both raw material costs and factory gate prices increased in February.
