Chinese iron ore imports totalled 81.3 Mt in February, down 8.8 Mt year-on-year, with Australia remaining the largest source at 51.7 Mt, according to official data. Shipments from Brazil and South Africa fell 4.3 and 0.8 Mt to 17.4 Mt and 2.4 Mt respectively, while imports from India more than halved to 2.0 Mt.
