West Africa’s crude oil exports to Asia declined by 190K b/d m-o-m and 560K b/d y-o-y to 1.33M b/d in October, the lowest level on records dating to 2019, according to data from Energy Intelligence. Shipments to India decreased by 260K b/d m-o-m and 210K b/d y-o-y to 280K b/d, whereas exports to China increased by 50K b/d m-o-m to a four-month high of 810K b/d.
