China allocates second round of 2023 crude import quotas

China has reportedly issued its second batch of crude oil import quotas for 2023, allocating 111.82MT to 44 companies, according to Reuters. The government previously awarded 20MT of 2023 import quotas to 21 refineries in October, taking the combined total issued for this year so far to 131.82MT. This compares to the 109.03MT which had been released at this time last year.
